The shipping costs depend on the weight of the products in your cart, the destination country or region, and the chosen shipping method. The costs are shown in euros (€) and may vary within a range based on weight (e.g., lighter packages fall at the lower end of the range, heavier ones at the upper end).

Delivery Times

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. The actual delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and destination:

• Within the Netherlands and Belgium/Luxembourg: 1-3 business days (DPD or UPS Standard).
• Other EU countries: 2-5 business days (depending on the method; Express options are faster, often 1-2 days).
• Non-EU countries (such as Switzerland, Norway, North Macedonia): 3-7 business days (Express options reduce this to 2-4 days). Please note possible delays due to holidays, customs checks, or carrier congestion.
